Kim Jong Un Guides Match for Examining Women’s Football of National Sports Team to Participate in 17th Asian Games

Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defense Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People’s Army, guided a match for examining the women’s football of the National Sports Team which will take part in the 17th Asian Games.

The National Sports Team played the match with the April 25 Team.

It trounced its rival 8:0.

He expressed satisfaction over the fact that the women footballers of the National Sports Team displayed team spirit, fair play and persevering fighting spirit and gave an instruction to bring the football technique on a higher level by rounding off the sports technique, tactical system and the training method of Korean style.

He expressed expectation and conviction that the women footballers of the National Sports Team would fully display the dignity and honor of Juche Korea in the international games to be held in the future by putting greater spurs to training.

Among the spectators were Hwang Pyong So, Choe Ryong Hae and other senior officials of the party and army and service personnel of the KPA.
