People’s Art Festival Participants Visit Mangyongdae, Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery

Participants in the Fifth April Spring People’s Art Festival visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.

They laid bunches of flowers at the graves of Kim Po Hyon and Ri Po Ik, and the graves of Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok and paid silent tribute to them.

After touring the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum, they looked round the historic mementoes preserved with much care at the President’s old home.

They also visited the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong.

The visitors placed bouquets at the bust of Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese war heroine, and paid tribute to her before going round the cemetery.
