Photo of Happiness.

The Korean people are now having photos taken in front of their new houses.

They are the residents who were left homeless due to an unexpected natural disaster which hit their living area early in September. The scene of their devastated village still remains etched in their memory.

But on October 18, over one month after the disaster, the flood victims in the flood-afflicted Hongwon County, South Hamgyong Province moved into new houses.

Kim Yu Su, resident in Neighbourhood Unit No. 93 of Unpho Workers’ District in Hongwon County, said: We were driven to despair when we were hit by natural disaster. But the elite division of Party members from the capital city dispatched by the State built our houses as good as those in urban areas. We are really blessed people.
