Women’s union officials and members held a rally in front of the Sinchon Museum on June 9 in denunciation of the anti-DPRK hostile acts committed by the south Korean authorities and the “defectors from the north”.
The rally was attended by Jang Chun Sil, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women’s Union of Korea, and officials and members of the union.
Jang Chun Sil read out the statement the first deputy department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea issued as regards the anti-DPRK hostile acts committed by the “defectors from the north” with the connivance of the south Korean authorities.
Speeches were made there.
Speakers said it is the most hideous crime that those human scums, with the connivance of the south Korean authorities, dared to tarnish the dignity of their supreme leadership and talk rubbish about the sacred nuclear force of the nation.
The impudent act of the south Korean authorities who have implicitly and explicitly encouraged the scattering of anti-DPRK leaflets makes our people bear in mind again that the enemy is the enemy after all, they said, and denounced the south Korean authorities, who have patronized those human scums, for their sinister intention of confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north.
They expressed their will to dynamically wage women’s union shock brigade movement at every site of grand socialist construction with the spirit of smashing the group of traitors and resolutely frustrate the base ideological and cultural poisoning by the imperialists.
They also vowed to fully demonstrate the revolutionary spirit of the Korean women in the all-out sacred war to mercilessly wipe out the enemies hell-bent on reproducing on this land the tragedy of 400 mothers and 102 children massacred during the Fatherland Liberation War.
A statement of indignation was read out at the rally.
